One way in which we assist our customers in accomplishing their home improvement dreams is by offering financing options through GreenSky Credit. These programs make it possible or more manageable for many applicants to benefit from financial assistance for projects up to $55,000.
Reduced rate interest 5 years 6.99%
For larger projects, we offer reduced rate plans. The terms of these plans can be 7 or 10 years and have a fixed APR of 9.99%. We recommend these plans for more extensive remodeling projects, such as additions, bathrooms or kitchens. And although 7 to 10 years may seem like a long time to pay off a remodeling project, if you are financing more than $40,000 it can be a great way to get the home improvement you want without emptying your savings account or borrowing against your home’s equity. There is also no prepayment penalty with these plans. Subject to credit approval
No interest if paid in full within 2 years, 17.99% - 26.99% for the last 5 years
Have you been dreaming about remodeling your kitchen or bathrooms? How about adding a second story to your home? With a 99% approval rating, and a Second Look program for clients who have previously been denied, our financing options will help to give your home the makeover you have only seen on home improvement shows.
