Sales Team:
Outside Sales Associate
The Outside sales associates spend the day in the field introducing the organization in areas
that have been impacted by storms. This is a salary + commission role. It is a great way to pay
off college debts and perfect for anyone who wants to start a career in sales. Do you have field
experience? Great! Experience reps will be fast tracked into management positions!
Field Supervisor
Field Supervisors meet with insurance adjusters, complete full property take offs, and selects
products with clients. This is a mid-level supervisory position open to anyone who has
experience in roofing, siding, insurance restoration, and/or a general construction background.
Field Manager
Field Managers are the Quarterbacks of #TeamTTB. They recruit, train, and retain our outside
sales associates. Not only that, they are responsible for recognizing the potential of the
candidates who walk through the door. Anyone with experience in the insurance restoration
industry via sales or estimating should apply for this position!
Supplement Admin
Supplement is a necessary part of the insurance restoration process. While our field teams work
with adjusters onsite, our Supplement team works with them after the fact. Knowledge of
Xactimate, roofing, and siding makes you a great candidate for this administrative role
Production
Project Manager
Project managers work with our customers during the actual build process to assure materials are
delivered correctly, provide materials when necessary, and complete final inspections once the
build is complete. Project managers also respond to warranty requests by diagnosing the cause
and setting the plan to correct issues.
Project Technician
Project technicians execute warranty related repairs and assist the project managers with
overflow.
